Buletin Nasional.The KPK released the results of the Integrity Assessment Survey (SPI) on ministries / agencies and local governments. The city of Banda Aceh received the highest integrity index, namely 77.39. What did the City Government say related to this assessment?
"Although we are ranked first nationally and above the average level of local government and ministry, but the value is not yet 100. There are still many things we must improve," said Banda Aceh Mayor Aminullah Usman, Thursday (11/22/2018).
According to him, the Banda Aceh City Government will focus more on the budget system and good governance. This was also reminded by KPK Chairman Agus Rahardjo.
"Everything must be in accordance with the SOP and the applicable legislation," he said.
"Integrity is a very basic capital in the creation of good governance. So, what is good, we maintain and in the future we will continue to improve again," said Aminullah.
As is known, the Government of Banda Aceh City received the highest integrity index, which was 77.39, based on the results of the KPK SPI. The next highest value followed by the Badung Regency Government in the second position with 77.15, while in the third position the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of the Ministry of Finance with a value of 76.54.
Then for the bottom three positions the North Maluku Provincial Government occupied it with a value of 55.29, the Republic of Indonesia National Police 54.01, and the lowest was the Papua Provincial Government with a number of 52.91.
"A high index value close to 100 indicates a low risk of corruption and the ability of the system to respond to corruption and its prevention better. High values do not mean that the occurrence of corruption will not occur. Because, corruption, like other crimes, can occur even though established, "said KPK R & D Director Henry Wardiana.
